	Payment conditions:
	Payment: With the completion of the contract (confirmation of the booking by Horizonte-Tours) a deposit of 15% is to be made. The residual value must be paid in a way to be registered by Horizonte-Tours at least 4 weeks before the tour starts. Cancellation / Stornation: The client can recede from the tour anytime before undertaking the tour by written declaration. Determining is the date of the declaration to be received by the tour operator Horizonte-Tours. In case of a client receding from the tour, the tour operator Horizonte-Tours can demand a blanket cancellation fee, determined as followed: up to 95 days before the tour 3% from 94 to 45 days before the tour 6% from 44 to 22 days before the tour 30% from 21 to 15 days before the tour 50% from 14 to 7 days before the tour 75% from 6 days before the tour 90% Please note, that we have to reserve our right to nullify the reservation, if the required prepayments are not made in time.
