Payment conditions:

Payment:
With the completion of the contract (confirmation of the booking by Horizonte-Tours) a deposit of 15% is to be made. The residual value must be paid in a way to be registered by Horizonte-Tours at least 6 weeks before the tour starts.

Cancellation / Stornation:
The client can recede from the motorbike tour anytime before undertaking the tour by written declaration. Determining is the date of the declaration to be received by the tour operator Horizonte-Tours. In case of a client receding from the tour, the tour operator Horizonte-Tours can demand a blanket cancellation fee, determined as followed:

90 and more days before departure: 10%
89-31 days before departure:           20%
30-10 days before departure:           60%
9-1 days before departure:             100%

Please note, that we have to reserve our right to nullify the reservation, if the required prepayments are not made in time.
